Welcome to Tink's TV Mounting ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of our TV mounting services. By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or utilizing our services, you ("Client," "Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. SERVICE AREA
While our base of operations is Jackson, TN, we do not have a strictly defined service area. Please note that services provided to locations outside a 15-mile radius from Tink's TV Mounting will incur a trip fee of $1.00 per mile. Tink's TV Mounting reserves the right to waive this fee at its discretion.
2. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Customer Initiated Changes: Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments free of charge. We appreciate as much notice as possible.

Tink's TV Mounting Initiated Changes: In the unforeseen event that Tink's TV Mounting needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we will provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If we fail to provide 24 hours' notice, we will offer a 10% discount on the service fee if the customer chooses to proceed with the rescheduled service.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Quotes: We provide free, upfront quotes for all jobs based on the information provided.

Final Price Determination: Upon arrival at the service location and prior to commencing work, the Tink's TV Mounting installer and the customer will conduct a final evaluation of the scope of work. An agreed-upon final price will be confirmed before any installation begins. Any additional services requested on-site not included in the original quote may result in a price adjustment.

Payment Due: Final payment is due in full immediately upon the completion of the installation service.

Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept cash, Venmo, and CashApp.

Late Payment Policy: A late payment fee of $50 per day will be applied to outstanding balances. If payment has not been received after 30 days from the service completion date, Tink's TV Mounting will initiate collections procedures, which may involve a third-party collections agency, and the customer will be responsible for all associated collection fees.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & SITE PREPARATION
To ensure a smooth and efficient installation, the customer agrees to:

Clear the intended work area of obstructions, furniture, and delicate items.

Ensure all necessary power outlets are accessible.

Have the television and mounting bracket/hardware readily available if not provided by Tink's TV Mounting.

Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present at the service location for the entire duration of the service. This adult does not necessarily need to be the customer themselves.
5. WARRANTY & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on our workmanship from the date of installation. This warranty covers:

The secure attachment of the TV mount to the wall structure.

The proper leveling of the television.

The tidiness and aesthetic appearance of the mount, television, any sound system installations performed by Tink's, and cable concealment methods.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does NOT cover:

Damage resulting from natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, severe weather).

Damage caused by the customer or third parties (e.g., impact, improper handling after installation).

Faulty or defective parts included with the television or mounting bracket, if those products were not recommended or supplied by Tink's TV Mounting.

Issues related to the functionality of the TV or external devices not directly caused by our installation.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the way we mounted your TV within 30 days of service, please contact us. We will return to assess and remedy the issue. Please note that additional charges may apply if new components are required to satisfy the customer, or if the return visit incurs a trip fee (as described in Section 1).

Extended Warranties: Extended warranties are available for purchase separately. Details will be provided upon request.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

Pre-existing Damage: If Tink's TV Mounting identifies pre-existing damage to the intended mounting surface or underlying wall structure prior to installation, we will not proceed with the job. The customer will be required to remedy the damage or choose an alternative installation location. If damage to the mounting location is identified during the installation process, work will cease immediately, and any installed components will be removed until the surface can be remedied.

Customer-Supplied Products: Tink's TV Mounting is not liable for issues or damages arising from products (TVs, mounts, cables, etc.) chosen or supplied by the customer that were not recommended by Tink's TV Mounting. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all customer-supplied products are suitable and compatible for the intended installation. Products recommended by Tink's TV Mounting, if applicable, will fall under our 90-day workmanship warranty regarding their physical installation.

Electrical Work: At this time, Tink's TV Mounting does not perform any electrical work beyond safely connecting existing power cables into outlets or devices. This includes, but is not limited to, installing new outlets, wiring, or modifying existing electrical systems within walls. This part of the Terms and Conditions will be updated if our service offerings change.

Signal & Connectivity: Tink's TV Mounting accepts no liability for issues related to signal quality, internet connectivity, or the functionality of devices not directly related to the physical mounting of the TV and associated components we install.
7. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any customer with a complaint regarding our services is strongly encouraged to contact Tink's TV Mounting via email, especially within 30 days of services rendered. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by Tink's TV Mounting shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Tink" character, is the property of Tink's TV Mounting and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
